Chrissy Teigen says she had an abortion

Chrissy Teigen claimed this week that she now knows the miscarriage she claimed to have experienced in 2020 was actually an abortion. Teigen said it took her more than a year to accept

that she had an abortion, which she said was necessary to "save my life for a baby who had no chance." She remarked, according to The Hollywood Reporter, "Two years ago,

when I was pregnant with Jack, John, and my third kid, I had to make a lot of difficult and heartbreaking decisions." At around the midway point, it became abundantly evident that without

medical help, neither I nor he would survive. She reportedly said, "Let's just call it what it was: an abortion." To preserve my life, I underwent an abortion for a child that had no chance.

And to be quite honest, I didn't think that through until a few months ago. "When Teigen and her husband, John Legend, were debating the Supreme Court's decision to reverse Roe v. Wade

earlier this year, Teigen said she remembered she'd undergone an abortion, the site stated. She claimed that Legend, she claimed, helped her realise she had experienced the same

thing when she voiced sympathy for those who had had abortions. According to the source, Teigen added, "I became silent, feeling odd that I hadn't made sense of it that way."

"All the headlines said it was a miscarriage when I announced to the world that we had experienced one. I felt foolish that it had taken me more than a year to actually comprehend

that we had an abortion, and I got really angry that I hadn't said what it was in the first place. On Friday, Teigen tweeted about a report from The Hollywood Reporter, adding,

"I assumed it was a miscarriage, so I informed you all that we had one. But since it was an abortion, we simultaneously felt grateful and heartbroken. Just over a year passed before I understood it."
