Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York all have October deadlines for voter registration. To ensure the security of every voter, states around the country are working to

To be eligible to vote in a general election in Connecticut, you must register no later than the close of business on the seventh day before the election
(OR you may register in person with your Registrar of Voters by the seventh day before an election).
The deadline to register online to vote is Friday, Oct. 14. The deadline for registering by mail to vote is postmarked by Friday Oct. 14. The deadline to register in person to vote is
Friday Oct. 14. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is (received by) Monday, Oct. 24. The early voting period runs from Oct. 29, to Nov. 6, but dates and hours may vary based on where you live.
The deadline to register online to vote is Tuesday, Oct. 18. The deadline for registering by mail to vote is (postmarked by) Tuesday, Oct. 18.
