Linebacker David Anenih, who was signed to the 53-man roster just one week ago, will be inactive for the second straight week.

Mitch Trubisky said Tuesday he knew he had to get rookie wide receiver George Pickens more involved in the Pittsburgh Steelers' offense.

He did just that late in the first quarter when he let it rip to Pickens streaking down the sideline in front of the Cleveland Browns bench.

Pickens, who had two catches for 26 yards entering Thursday's game, caught the 36-yard pass with one hand while falling to the ground.

Pickens made the contested catch despite being guarded by Emerson Jr. Steelers' longest throw play this season was 36 yards.

The catch set up Najee Harris' 5-yard touchdown run, which tied the game 7-7 and showed the Steelers' aggression and explosiveness in the first two weeks.

Amari Cooper's onside kick allowed the Jets to stage a comeback Sunday. Cooper made amends Thursday against the Steelers.

Cooper: "We've got to own it, learn from it, and flush it." Cooper led the Browns (2-1) to first position in the AFC North.
